1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within the United States.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Carriers

4. International Shipping
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees if applicable. When International Shipping becomes available.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to all locations due to local regulations.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- OnOurWayTo100 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
